소싯적 탕수육은 큼직한 덩어리로 나와 직접 먹기 좋게 잘라서 먹으면 되는데요, 겉은 바삭하고 속은 부드러워 씹는 맛이 일품입니다. 특히 쫀득쫀득한 식감과 적당히 새콤달콤한 소스 덕분에 제 입맛에 딱 맞는 인생 탕수육이었어요! 탕수육을 좋아하시는 분이라면 정말 강력 추천합니다.
돈야끼는 조금 더 자극적이고 달콤하면서도 짭짤한 매력이 있어요. 입안에서 펼쳐지는 진한 맛이 특히 매력적인 메뉴였어요. 달콤한 소스에 촉촉하게 버무려진 고기가 정말 매력적이었고, 면과 함께 먹으니 더욱 맛있었답니다.

Today, I want to introduce you to a fantastic Chinese restaurant that’s becoming increasingly popular in Daegu—it’s called “Sositjeok.”
I first visited Sositjeok during lunchtime with my coworkers, near Dongdaegu Station. At first, I thought it was unique to that area, but later I discovered another location in Dongseong-ro!
Every dish at Sositjeok is incredibly delicious, making it difficult to choose just one or two. On my latest visit, I decided to order their famous Don-Yakki and Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork).
Their Tangsuyuk is absolutely outstanding! Served in large pieces that you can cut yourself, it’s crispy yet tender, perfectly paired with their delicious sweet and sour sauce. It’s easily the best tangsuyuk I’ve ever had. If you’re a fan of tangsuyuk, this is definitely a must-try!
The “Don-yakki” is another tasty choice, boasting a bold, slightly sweet, and savory flavor profile. It has a stronger, addictive taste, perfect if you’re craving something flavorful and satisfying.
Apart from the excellent food, Sositjeok’s stylish, modern, and clean interior design adds another appealing element. The cozy yet trendy atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for dates, casual meetups, or any social gathering.
