안녕하세요 ^.^ 오늘은 대구 동성로에 위치한 ‘버거 앤 파스타’ 이야기를 해볼게요!
얼마 전 지인이 금요일 저녁에 맥주 한 잔 하면서 수제버거 먹으러 가자고 하길래 따라갔었어요. 처음 방문한 곳이었는데 가게 분위기가 상당히 자유롭고 이국적인 느낌이라, 술집 같기도 하고, 또 색다른 컨셉의 버거&파스타 전문점 같기도 해서 신기했어요. 특히나 금요일 저녁이라 그런지 사람들로 꽉 차 있었고, 외국인 손님들도 꽤 많아서 정말 해외 여행 온 기분까지 들더라구요.
메뉴를 주문하고 기다리다 보니 드디어 음식이 나왔는데요. 보기만 해도 식욕을 자극하는 비주얼이었어요. 수제버거는 역시 일반 햄버거와는 확실히 다르게 신선한 야채가 듬뿍 들어가 있어 푸짐했답니다. 야채가 아삭아삭 신선했고 패티의 간도 적당해서 크게 자극적이지 않으면서도 맛있었어요. 근데 역시 수제버거는 깔끔하게 먹기엔 난이도가 좀 있죠ㅋㅋㅋ 함께 나온 감자튀김은 적당히 짭짤해서 케첩 없이도 맛있게 먹었어요!
그리고 또 하나의 메뉴인 파스타는 면발이 탱탱했고 소스도 느끼하지 않으면서 적당히 감칠맛이 느껴지는 맛이었어요. 아주 특별히 엄청나게 맛있다고는 말 못해도, 전체적으로 부담없이 먹기 좋은 맛이었어요.
사실 버거 앤 파스타에서 느낀 점은 음식 자체가 최고다! 라기보다는 분위기가 워낙 좋다보니, 맛 이상의 만족감을 주는 곳이었어요. 친구들과 가볍게 맥주 한 잔 곁들이며 이야기를 나누기에 딱 좋은 그런 곳이랍니다. 동성로에서 분위기 좋으면서 색다른 느낌을 찾는다면 추천드리고 싶은 곳이에요.

Today, I’ll share my experience at “Burger & Pasta” located in Dongseong-ro, Daegu!
A while back, my friend invited me to grab a handmade burger and enjoy a beer on a Friday evening. It was my first time visiting, and I was quite intrigued by the atmosphere, which felt both casual and exotic. It had the vibe of a pub but also offered a unique concept of specializing in burgers and pasta. Perhaps because it was Friday evening, the place was bustling with people, including many foreign customers, making me feel as if I had stepped into a spot overseas.
After ordering and waiting for a bit, the food finally arrived, looking incredibly appetizing. The handmade burger was definitely different from regular fast-food burgers, loaded generously with fresh vegetables. The veggies were crisp and fresh, and the patty was seasoned just right—not too strong but flavorful enough. Of course, eating a handmade burger neatly is always a bit challenging, haha. The accompanying fries were perfectly salted, tasty enough even without ketchup!
We also ordered pasta, which had wonderfully chewy noodles and a sauce that wasn’t overly rich but had just the right savory touch. Although it wasn’t exceptionally mind-blowing, it was definitely enjoyable and easy to eat.
What really stood out to me about Burger & Pasta wasn’t necessarily the absolute taste of the food, but rather its amazing atmosphere, which provided satisfaction beyond just good food. It’s the perfect place to casually sip a beer and chat with friends. If you’re in Dongseong-ro looking for a place with good vibes and a unique ambiance, I highly recommend this spot.
