대구 현대백화점 근처 예쁜 한옥 카페 [라미아에밀리]

오늘은 대구 현대백화점 근처에 위치한 예쁜 한옥카페 라미아에밀리를 다녀온 후기를 전해드릴게요.

처음엔 동성로 주변의 카페에 익숙해져서 대구 현대백화점 근처에 있는 카페가 궁금했는데, 친언니의 제안으로 발걸음을 옮기게 되었습니다. 카페 라미아에밀리에는 두 개의 입구가 있는데, 하나는 현대백화점 주차장 쪽, 다른 하나는 대구 현대백화점 앞 스타벅스 쪽에 위치해 있습니다. 좁은 골목을 지나 들어서면 생각보다 넓은 정원과 아늑한 내부가 펼쳐져 있어 놀라움을 금치 못했습니다.

입구의 독특한 간판과 소품들 덕분에, 마치 도심 속 숨은 보석을 찾은 느낌이 들었어요. 카페 내부는 아기자기한 소품과 인테리어 소품들이 곳곳에 배치되어 있으며, 판매 공간도 따로 마련되어 있어 구경하는 재미가 있었습니다. 좌석마다 분위기가 다르게 연출되어 있어 선택하는 즐거움도 컸습니다.

또한, 짧은 치마나 추운 날씨에 대비해 준비된 다양한 담요와, 중간중간 놓인 캔들에서 풍기는 은은한 향기가 카페의 따뜻한 분위기를 더해주었습니다. 메뉴판을 보니 브런치 메뉴도 다양하게 준비되어 있어, 점심시간이 다가오자 많은 손님들이 몰렸다는 점에서 이미 이곳의 인기가 대단함을 느낄 수 있었습니다.

저는 아이스 큐브라떼를 주문했는데, 얼음처럼 굳은 커피 큐브 위에 우유를 부어 녹여 마시는 독특한 음료였습니다. 처음 경험해보는 메뉴였는데, 이름만큼이나 귀엽고 맛도 일품이었습니다.

야외 테라스에서는 현대백화점이 보이는 배경과 함께, 정성스럽게 꾸며진 조경이 인상적이었어요. 데이트나 쇼핑 후 커피 한 잔의 여유를 즐기기에 안성맞춤인, 감성 가득한 공간이었습니다.

Today, I’d like to share my experience at the charming hanok-style cafe Lamia Emilie, located near Hyundai Department Store in Daegu.

I had grown accustomed to frequenting cafes around Dongseong-ro, so I was curious about a new spot near Hyundai Department Store. At the suggestion of my sister, I decided to check it out. Lamia Emilie has two entrances—one leading from the department store’s parking lot and another from the Starbucks in front of the department store. Although the alleyway was narrow and long, stepping inside revealed a surprisingly spacious garden and a cozy interior that left me delighted.

I ordered an Iced Cube Latte—a unique beverage where coffee is frozen into cubes, then milk is poured over them to gradually melt the cubes. It was my first time trying this drink, and its cute name and delightful taste made it a memorable experience.

On the outdoor terrace, the view of Hyundai Department Store in the background combined with the carefully curated landscaping made a lasting impression. It’s the perfect spot for a date or for enjoying a relaxing coffee after a shopping trip—a space filled with heartwarming charm.
